At this point the stuffing can either be cooked or put in the fridge overnight.
If stored overnight bring to room temperature before continuing

English Walnut Pie
One of the memories I have of my older brother is his pie. When he was in high school he would bake the most delicious pecan pies. I say that pecan is my favorite type of pie - but I've never tasted on as yummy as his. When I was a little older I found a recipe for a walnut pie in a magazine. I tried it and it was very good - reminded me a little of Kent's pecan pie. When I was gathering recipes for Thanksgiving I knew I had to have a nut pie. It didn't set up quite like it should (cook error) but it was still yummy. MMmmmm. so good.
