4 eggs
2 c sugar
1 c oil
2 t coconut flavoring
3 c flour
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t soda
1/2 t salt
1 c buttermilk
1 c coconut
1 c nuts
Pour into loaf pans and bake @ 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with glaze while still warm.
Glaze
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c water
2 t butter
1 T coconut flavoring
Boil and pour over warm cake.
