4 c nonfat dry milk
1 c flour or 1/2 c cornstarch
1 c margarine (or butter)
Combine dry milk, flour, and margarine into a large bowl and mix until it looks like cornmeal. Keep tightly covered in refrigerator. Makes 5 cups of mix.
TO USE: combine 1 c water and 2/3 cup mix in saucepan. Stir over medium heat until slightly thick. Use for all recipes calling for a white sauce.
